Commercial and residential work

Service availability and pricing depend on property condition, size, and project scope.

3. Estimates & Proposals

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may be adjusted after an in-person inspection.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide access to the work area
Ensure utilities (like water/electricity) are available as needed
Communicate any changes or issues promptly
Make payments according to the agreed schedule

5. Warranties & Limitations

We strive for excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction. Warranty information for labor and materials is provided in your individual service agreement.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing issues not visible during inspection
Damage caused by events outside our control (e.g., severe weather)

6. Payments & Cancellations

Payments are due based on the terms in your proposal or contract. A deposit may be required before work begins.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled service may incur a fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (photos, logo, text) belongs to Advanced Stucco Repair and may not be reused without permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept those updates.
