First and foremost, I can’t begin to express my genuine appreciation for the professional level and quality of the work that your company has provided to my family and the superb level of repairs that were made, thank you!

It’s my experience that sustaining businesses exist because of culture.  In any business, culture must start with the mutual respect that management, administrative and craft workers must have for each other.  It’s apparent that you and your Team have a clear understanding of that critical element and that it is mutual. Second is the respect of the client.  At the end of the day, like them or dislike them, they set the stage for having a sustainable business with references, word-of-mouth referrals and reputation inference(s).

Joe, David and each and every one of  Advanced Stucco Repair’s (ASR’s) Team members are some of the most respectful professionals I have ever interacted with on a job.  Each and every person has a positive attitude that is projected with every task, duty and responsibility.  David’s Team did a terrific job on safety, maintenance and housekeeping, in addition to applying their craft(s).  And working hard?  Wow, your Team is not allergic to hard work!

Joe and David were so respectful and accountable for the Team’s daily activities and communicating and ‘being present’ to make sure the job was executed correctly.  They all did a great job of making sure that hazards to members of the community that we are part of were also not at risk- an assignment that is often disregarded.

Darrin, you have a great Team that takes pride in their craft and work product, and it shows.  However, if there is one item of constructive criticism that I can offer- and please don’t take offense- it’s that some of the Team could use a singing lesson!  I enjoyed the songs and comradery but, frankly, some should only sing (loudly) while operating grinders!

 Willy came today at precisely 8 o'clock and did an outstanding job on everything! I am more than satisfied and will look forward to calling in your company's service again. Plus, more importantly, I will be circulating ASR's name to my neighbors with an excellent recommendation. Thank you for providing excellent service- I'm starting on my list of other things I will see if ASR will do for me! 

 Outstanding results and very professional in every aspect during the construction and painting work done. Excellent follow-up by the President to ensure satisfaction during and after the job was completed. 

 If there were 25 stars, he [Darrin] would be most deserving of all of them! I got quality of work with a quality product; the workmanship of his staff do amazing work. As a woman, I despise mess, I had none with the crew and the phenomenal way they cleaned up. Darrin is very trustworthy, loyal and a hard working good guy. You won't have any hidden charges from this company. 

 Great attention to detail and workmanship. Really appreciate the effort to carefully caulk all stucco penetrations and amazingly good job of matching the stucco color since I had the stucco painted 5 years before. Compliments to Darrin Straub and the team.
